Last Day of Preschool 2013-2014

It seems like the school year just began and here we are looking at the last day. Raelyn and Max have had a fabulous year at ECC. It was a long winter with several delays and cancellations but other than that, it was smooth sailing.

Max enjoyed his first year in the 2's class and made lots of friends. The two he mentioned daily are Jackson and Jordan. The head teacher in his class was Miss Peggy and there were several assistant teachers. His favorites were Miss Rachael and Miss Dora. His favorite activities were riding bikes outside, playing in the gym, and learning new songs.

Raelyn loved every minute in the 3's class. She played with several different children but some of her favorite friends are Aubrey, Ella, and Grant (from the 4's class). The head teacher in her class was Mrs. Reed and her favorite assistant teachers were Miss Kathy and Miss Debi. She loved Tuesday music class with Mrs. Cook, running outside, and playing in the gym.

We can't say enough good things about the program at ECC. We appreciate how much they love and enjoy our kids. Thankfully, after a long weekend off they'll start the summer program. Much will be the same, but they'll have a few different teachers for the summer, some new friends, and a more relaxed classroom.

You know you're in Indiana when...

Your 4 year old says from the backseat: "Mommy, did you see those hole pots?"  I don't know, maybe 4 year old's around the country know about pot holes? ;)

After a long winter and mostly cool spring, the kids can finally wear short sleeves to school. (Even if our car gets lost in the pot holes on the way there.)
